The workshop is based on a decade of experience made with the workshop as part of the Faculty of education and previously with the teaching of "organizational learning" in the Faculty of education science of the University of Rome La Sapienza. over the years the laboratory features are significantly evolved in terms of method (still keeping alive the active learning approach) and content (by updating the contents than the evolution of disciplines and topics)
