The programme has a special feature and is intended to deepen, through the reading of the sources, techniques of legal reasoning developed by Roman jurisprudence in the fields of Roman Law of property and transfer of ownership. The analysis tends to focus on classical and Justinians models, where acquisition of ownership is linked with the structure of contract of sale.
